The Play's the Thing! with Angela Chandler - ArtShop Instructor Highlight

We're happy to have Angela Chandler teaching "The Play's the Thing!" at ArtShop this month! Angela has a degree in Theater Arts from the University of Idaho and recently completed a class, also at the University of Idaho, in playwriting. She is inspired by "everyone, everything, everywhere," and says, "I love giving free rein to children's (and adults'!) imaginations and then helping them to take those creative forces and form them into a living, breathing work of art. ArtShop is July 28-August 1, 2014, for kids grades 2 to 8. What makes ArtShop unique? It is a full week of art classes, each student participating in one visual arts class and one performance arts class, ending with the children performing at the Art on the Green festival.
