Food Vendor Guidelines
Cost of the Food Vendor Space at Art on the Green: $900
We have limited space for Food Vendors, our committee will consider several things in determining which vendors will be given the available spots.
Here are things to be aware of if you would like to have a spot at our Festival.
We typically have about 25,000-30,000 patrons come through our festival.
Food Vendors are asked to be parked on the grounds of North Idaho College by 6pm on the Thursday prior to the Festival and vehicles will need to remain onsite until the Festival closes on Sunday at 4pm. Please arrange a time to bring your vehicle with the Art on the Green Volunteer from our committee.
Any deliveries of additional product over the course of the 3 day festival will need to be completed no later than 9am Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Attached below is a PDF of the Idaho State Fire Marshal’s checklist for Mobile Food Vendors. All vendors will have inspection by the State Fire Marshal and could be asked to leave if you are not in compliance with the checklist. (Please Note: Please be sure you are in compliance as no refunds will be issued if the Fire Marshal does not pass your Mobile Food Vendor set-up.)
Food Vendor is required to send a copy of Proof of Insurance with Citizens’ Council for the Arts, Inc. (the Non-Profit that sponsors Art on the Green) listed as an additional insured.
Art on the Green sells beverages in our food court and retains all beverage sales for the Festival. We also have German Sausage, hot dogs, small salads, ice cream and corn on the cob. All profit from these sales are used to produce this great community Festival each year as well as for other programs CCA & Art on the Green support.
