2017 Art on the Green Poster
Erin Bruns
Erin Bruns has loved doing artwork for as long as she can remember, winning her first blue ribbon at age 4. However, life as a microbiology instructor has le little time for artwork the past few years. Feeling a creative outlet missing from her life, she has been yearning to get back into her art. The Art on the Green poster competion was just the motivation she needed! Her Art on the Green tree frog watercolor was the first painting Erin has done in several years, and she plans to spend the summer of 2017 doing as much watercolor, pen and ink, oil, and acrylic artwork as possible! She is hoping to create original artwork that the people of Coeur d'Alene (and surrounding areas) will love, and to eventually springboard into a new career as an artist.
