Paintings at Art on the Green 2016

Cheryl Tolman of Fountain Hills, Arizona will be one of our painter artists this year with her Nature's Images booth. Tolman works with pure watercolor pigments, mixing only on the tablet to attain bold, rich colors. She uses watercolor pencils for increased details.
